Justin Lin to Produce 'Toymageddon' for Fox

Besides producing the high-concept project, the 'Fast and Furious' helmer could possibly serve as a director.

Justin Lin helps Fox develop "" movie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it's a high-concept idea from Tariq Merhab, a manager at production and management firm Anonymous Content which is behind HBO's new crime series "".

The project is described as a live-action family adventure movie in the vein of "" and "". The plot details are still kept under tight wraps, but the upcoming pic is rumored to center around a toy factory that runs amok.

Merhab will also produce the film along with Lin. There is no writer and director hired for the movie, but there is a possibility that the "" director could sit behind the lens as well.

After leaving the "Fast and Furious", Lin is attached to direct the upcoming "Bourne 5". Just last week, he picked up the narrative rights to Sundance documentary "". He will serve as a producer, while Todd Field is at the helm.
