Written in 2007, the empowering track features Keys singing about her searching for her inner strength.

AceShowbiz - Alicia Keys celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. Day by dropping a song called "Power". The track arrived via AKVault, the R&B singer's official website that she has been using to share her unreleased songs, photos and more.

"This is a song about POWER that I wrote back in 2007 that I have never shared w/ my fam until now," Keys said on Twitter. The empowering uptempo record features the 32-year-old songstress singing about her searching for her inner strength.

"This is one of my favorite unreleased songs. I was looking for my power," Keys described "Power". "This song says it all. All of these pics inspire me! They represent the power of being yourself and finding yourself! Shine on!"

In other Keys-related news, the singer is apparently cooking up something with Pharrell Williams. Her husband, Swizz Beatz, has just posted an Instagram photo of the two superstars in the studio together. "Pure Greatness @pharrell & @aliciakeys Studio Zone 2014," Beatz captioned the snap.
