The Canadian rapper also shows his acting chops, while Moynihan and Jay Pharoah try to convince Drake that they 'mix beats' in 'SNL' control room.
Drake Makes Bobby Moynihan Cry in 'Saturday Night Live' Promo

pokes fun at his "Degrassi" days while promoting his "" hosting stint. Appearing in a promo video for the new episode of the variety series, the actor-turned-rapper shows his acting chops and makes Bobby Moynihan cry as the result.

Another "SNL" regular Jay Pharoah has an awkward moment with the Canadian MC as he's struggling to contain his excitement to meet the "Take Care" hitmaker. In other scenes, Moynihan and Pharoah try to impress Drake by saying that they mix beats in "SNL" control room, but the rapper doesn't believe them.

Drake will serve as a host as well as a musical guest in the January 18 episode of "SNL". The show airs every Saturday at 11:30 P.M./10:30c on NBC.
