Kensington Palace announces in a statement that Prince William will enroll in a 10-week course of agricultural management at Cambridge University.

AceShowbiz - Prince William is going back to school. Kensington Palace announced on Monday, December 30 that the father of one would enroll in an agricultural management program at Cambridge University. The 10-week course will start from January until mid-March.
"The course has been designed to help provide the Duke with an understanding of contemporary issues affecting agricultural business and rural communities in the United Kingdom," the Palace said. Prince William will need to attend 18 to 20 hours of lectures, seminars and meetings per week. He is also likely to write essays and take part in field trips.
A spokesperson told The Guardian that the Prince was "very much looking forward to" the studies. The spokesperson additionally said that the cost of the course would be met privately.
Prince William graduated from St Andrews University in 2005 with a degree in geography. He reportedly is taking the course as a preparation to run the Duchy of Cornwall which is currently being handled by his father, Prince Charles. Although he will be busy with the school activities, Prince William is expected to carry out royal duties as well. He is scheduled to visit Australia and New Zealand in April with his wife Duchess of Cambridge. Prince George is likely to join them as well.
