Before kicking off her Las Vegas residency, the pop singer revealed the people who have inspired her all this time.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is praising almost everybody in the music industry, including her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake who is now happily married to actress Jessica Biel. In an interview with USA Today, the pop star also gave nods to Beyonce Knowles, Miley Cyrus, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson and Lorde.
When asked who inspired her, Spears said she "looks up to Beyonce, what she did with her (surprise release) album was genius, really brilliant." She went on acknowledging Cyrus with whom she shares Larry Rudolph as manager, saying "She's cool, she's fun to be around. You know, she's got really good energy." Cyrus was seen in a VIP box dancing to Spears' songs at her opening Las Vegas concert.
Spears confessed that she gave a tribute to the late King of Pop through the Piece of Me tour. She said her "favorite part of the show, where it's just me in the spotlight (during 'Me Against the Music') with a hat on, which is really a tribute to Michael."
She went on praising the other acts, mentioning Lorde "who is really different and cool ... This generation is hungry for new sounds. Bruno Mars is so different and fresh, and Justin Timberlake is, too. It's inspiring for me, and it makes people eager to listen to music, which helps everyone."
