After announcing his retirement, the Canadian singer slams media and tells his fans that he's not leaving them.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber has just dropped sad news. On Tuesday night, December 25, the 19-year-old singer told his 47 million fans on Twitter that he's quitting music. "My beloved beliebers I'm officially retiring," he announced.

"The media talks a lot about me.They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I'm never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle," he continued. "Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER."

Last week, Bieber also talked about retiring from entertainment business during his visit to Power 106 radio station. "I'm actually retiring, man," he said. However, his rep immediately confirmed that the Canadian singer wasn't serious with his words.

In the past few months, Bieber was busy with his work. In addition to releasing new songs via Music Mondays, the "Baby" hitmaker prepared the release of his new documentary movie "Justin Bieber's Believe". The follow-up to "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" will open in U.S. theaters on December 25.
