First Trailer for Britney Spears' Documentary Reveals Her Worry About Las Vegas Residency

In the sneak peek for 'I Am Britney Jean' to air on E!, the 'Work B**ch!' singer opens up about her nerves and an injury she suffered while preparing for her two-year residency 'Britney: Piece of Me'.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears will become the highlight of a new TV documentary on E!. The singer will star in "I Am Britney Jean" that will capture her preparations for two-year residency in Las Vegas called "Britney: Piece of Me".

The documentary will offer "an intimate look at one of the most overexposed yet under revealed stars of today as she faces one of her biggest challenges ever while finishing her album, shooting videos, doing press-and being a mom." She "will also open up about her personal and professional life in her most candid and revealing interviews ever."

A first look at the documentary has been made available for viewing pleasure. In between footage from the rehearsals, Spears says she injured her neck. "I couldn't do rehearsals the next day. I just knew I almost broke my neck or something - there was serious damage," she tells the camera. The 32-year-old pop star also reveals her biggest fear about the residency, saying, "I'm really nervous. What if I just blank out and just stand there?"

"I Am Britney Jean" will premiere Sunday, December 22 at 8 P.M. ET on E!. Spears will begin her residency, which includes a total of 100 shows throughout 2014 and 2015, on December 27. Her eighth album "Britney Jean" was released on December 3.
