AceShowbiz - A new longer trailer for "Community" season 5 has landed online, giving an extended look at the upcoming chapter. While the previous video highlights Jeff's return to Greendale, the new one teases the madness that ensues in the community college.
It appears that there's going to be an epic battle with Britta assuming control of Greendale. Troy is violated by the "ass-crack bandit" and Walton Goggins shows up as an investigator, who is administering a lie-detector test, leading Chang to admit that he's masturbated "everywhere," including the study room.
The trailer also features a reference to "Scrub" and hints at "Lord of the Rings" spoof. Glimpses of guest stars Jonathan Banks and John Oliver are also included in it.
"Community" season 5 debuts Thursday, January 2 at 8 P.M. with a one-hour premiere on NBC. Series creator Dan Harmon returns as showrunner.
