The 'Baby' singer shares a photo of him greeting a little girl during a visit to the Philippines and labels the moment as the 'most touching trip of my life.'

AceShowbiz - Despite his headline-making antics, Justin Bieber is committed to help others who are in need. The "Beauty and a Beat" singer arrived in the Philippines on Tuesday, December 10 from Australia. He visited victims of typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban and distributed shirts, toys and basketballs to children as well as performed for them.
"He played a very beautiful set," Kate Donovan, a spokeswoman for UNICEF, told the Associated Press. "He played a series of Christmas songs and some of his hits as well, including 'Baby'."
Prior to entertaining the typhoon survivors, the 19-year-old pop star went to a heavily damaged school which is used as an evacuation center. He took a quick look at the area and its temporary learning space which is used by 300 children. In another evacuation center, Bieber played basketball with some children.
UNICEF's emergency coordinator for Haiyan response Angela Kearney said in a statement, "Justin brought a lot of joy, hope and cheer to the hundreds of children who were there." Kearney added that money from the star's donation would be used to give children affected by the typhoon "access to education, vaccinations, better nutrition, clean water and sanitation."
Bieber apparently was deeply touched with his trip to the country. He posted a photo of him greeting a little girl on Instagram as well as short clips of his performances. "#pray4philippines most touching trip of my life," he captioned the photo. "Flew to the affected areas in the Philippines, please do what you can to help. We've raised over 3 million already!" he wrote in another post.
