AceShowbiz - While waiting for the official trailer, "Godzilla" releases two viral videos and a website which introduce a so-called "MUTO Research". Question on what MUTO is arises since there is not much info available on the videos which show only static scenes and some distorted speech.
Directed by Gareth Edwards, the upcoming movie stars Aaron Johnson as a military member, Elizabeth Olsen as his on-screen wife, and Bryan Cranston as a scientist. They are joined in the cast ensemble by Juliette Binoche, Ken Watanabe and Sally Hawkins.
The "epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla" is scheduled to stomp theaters in the U.S. on May 16, 2014. It will pit the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.
A teaser and a trailer had previously leaked, but they were quickly removed. The official one will arrive Tuesday, December 10.
