She has filed documents to take her last name back after staying put with Marc Anthony's real last name for years.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez wants her old name back. The "Live It Up" singer is now legally known as Jennifer Muniz, which is her ex-husband Marc Anthony's real last name.
Lopez and Anthony have been going through the divorce for more than 18 months. They announced their split in July 2011 after seven years of marriage. Anthony formally filed for divorce in April last year but remained friends with Lopez.
TMZ reported on Friday, December 6 that Lopez had just filed a legal response to Anthony's petition. They have both asked for joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old twins, Max and Emme but she wants the court to restore her name to Lopez as well.
Lopez recently was announced as the recipient of the Grace Kelly Award at the eighth annual March of Dimes luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Friday. The nonprofit foundation honors her as a celebrity parent role model supporting women giving birth to healthy babies after full-term pregnancies. "As a mother myself, I am aware of the importance of healthful pregnancies and babies," Lopez said in a statement.
