'Anchorman 2' to Arrive in AMC Theaters Two Days Earlier

By purchasing a $33 SuperTicket, fans can watch 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues' in 58 participating AMC theaters on December 16.

"" has been moved up from its initial December 20 release date to December 18, but fans now can watch the film two days earlier than that. The film will play in 58 participating AMC theaters in 39 markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, D.C., on December 16.

Fans can get access to the early screening by purchasing a SuperTicket Premiere pack for $33 on Fandago. The special offer also includes an instant digital copy of "Anchorman Wake Up Ron Burgundy - The Lost Movie", which is an alternate version of first "" movie.

Ticket holder also gets a pre-order for the digital copy of "Anchorman 2" before it is available on Blu-ray and DVD, a $5.00 AMC Concession Bonus Card, and a limited-edition collector's art poster.

A promo video for the SuperTicket has been released, featuring 's Ron Burgundy. The fictional newsman says the package includes "the old RB special: yours truly will come to your house and make sweet love to your slightly overweight but still firm wife," before he's told by a crew member off-camera that that's not part of the deal.

He adds, "Well, that's unfortunate for all parties involved. I'm sorry, America, I will not be making sweet love to your wife, but you'll get all that other 'Anchorman' stuff. I will still make love to your wife, but not as part of this promotional package. It will be a personal gift from me, Ron Burgundy, and clearly not endorsed by anybody here."

Continuing the promotional efforts for the movie, Burgundy has interviewed the Denver Broncos quarterback for SportsCenter. A preview for the said interview, which will air Thursday, December 5, has been made available for viewing pleasure.
