AceShowbiz - Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have finalized their divorce, according to papers filed on late Tuesday, November 26. The former Hollywood couple reached a final divorce agreement nearly two years after the announcement of their split.

Kutcher and Moore wed in September 2005 despite 15-year age gap. They had a happy marriage for six years before reports surfaced that he had cheated on her with younger women on the night of their wedding anniversary. Moore confirmed the split in November 2011, saying the decision came with "great sadness and a heavy heart."

Kutcher went on dating his former "That '70s Show" co-star Mila Kunis and filed for divorce from Moore in December 2012. Moore asked Kutcher to pay spousal support and cover lawyer fees. Per TMZ, Kutcher's attorney Laura Wasser had filed the remaining divorce documents on Tuesday and the court signed it off. It has been reported that the final agreement does not include spousal support.

"Ashton's been waiting for his divorce to be over for a long time," a source in Kutcher's inner circle told People. "He was annoyed it took so long. It was hanging over his head."

On the day the divorce was finalized, Kunis was spotted having a bonding time with Kutcher's mom Diane in Los Angeles. They went on a pre-Thanksgiving grocery run. Rumor has it, the actress and Kutcher are planning to take their relationship to the altar. "Ashton and Mila have talked about getting engaged and married for quite awhile," a business source close to Kutcher told People. "He wants to get engaged during the holidays."
