The comedian and his partner Emma Slater once again land on the bottom of scoreboard, while Amber Riley tops the leaderboard.

AceShowbiz - There were four remaining pairs on "Dancing with the Stars" season 17, but after the first part of the finale only three will be still in the race for the Mirror Ball trophy. On Monday, November 25, the celebrity contestants and their partners performed three dances: judges' pick of their dances earlier this season, a Samba relay and a freestyle.

After a musical performance by Kellie Pickler who won "DWTS" last season, Bill Engvall and Emma Slater came out to redo their Viennese Waltz from week 5. Len Goodman said "there was an improvement in the movement of the arms" but agreed with Bruno Tonioli that Bill lost his timing. The comedian earned 24 out of 30 points.

Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff did an encore of their Quickstep from the Hollywood night. Len and Carrie Ann Inaba said there was an improvement, but Bruno noticed the actor was "out of sync." The "High School Musical" star got 27 points.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke redid the Jive from week 7. Carrie Ann thought his first performance was better than this one. Bruno added, "Your transformation is incredible from day one, but get yourself together." Jack earned 24 points.

Amber Riley and Derek Hough danced the Charleston from week 3. The judges had nothing but praise for the "Glee" star, who earned 30 points in the first round. "I am so proud of you, you out did yourself even though you started this competition at the top," Carrie Ann gushed.

In the Samba relay, all three couples danced to a different section of the same song, TLC's "No Scrubs". Jack & Cheryl danced first, followed by Amber who showed some steamy moves with Derek, Bill who surprisingly did it well with Emma, before Corbin & Karina closed it out.

Coming in the first place and getting 5 points were Corbin & Karina. Amber & Derek were in the second place with 4 points, Jack & Cheryl came out third with 3 points, and Bill & Emma got additional 2 points.

Bill & Emma later returned for the freestyle, which was set to an Indiana Jones theme. The judges complimented his ability to bring fun to the stage, awarding him with 25 points for a total score of the night of 51.

Corbin & Karina danced hip hop freestyle to Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal". Bruno declared, "You killed it," while Len gave them a standing ovation. The actor earned a perfect score, making their total point to 62.

Jack & Cheryl's freestyle was deemed "a show stopper, fitting for a king, the best fairytale ending" by Carrie Ann. Len echoed his fellow judge as they gave him 30 points. His total score of the night was 57.

Amber & Derek earned another perfect score that night for their freestyle that featured stepping. Bruno declared, "You are a leading lady, nobody could take their eyes off of you." With a total score of 64, she topped the leaderboard.

When fans' votes were accounted, Bill who had been in the bottom of the scoreboard for the last few weeks could not dodge the elimination this time. "It just goes to prove to me there is a God, cuz I don't think I could make one more dance," he said with a smile despite being sent home.

He called Emma his "second daughter now," adding, "It's just been a blast. I'd be totally remiss if I didn't thank (my wife) Gail. ... This has been a lifetime experience. I will never forget this. To all the fans who voted this long, thank you."

"DWTS" season 17 finale will continue with its second part on Tuesday.
