The former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star announces on Instagram that she has given birth to a baby girl named Kaia and a boy named Kane.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann have welcomed their third and fourth children together. Zolciak announced on her Instagram page on Monday, November 25 that she had given birth to her twins, a girl and a boy.
"We are officially the 'Biermann Bunch' now!" the former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star jokingly wrote. "Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!" the colorful Instagram announcement read.
She revealed the babies' names in another post. "Girl: Kaia Rose (after 'psychic' Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) also the twins were born on Rose's birthday! Boy: Kane Ren (Ren after my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him)," she wrote, calling the newborn babies her "precious angels."
Besides the twins, Zolciak and Biermann are also parents to 2-year-old Kroy Jr. and 15-month-old Kash Kade. The "Don't Be Tardy..." star also has 2 daughters Brielle and Ariana from a previous relationship.
