The 'Yeah 3x' singer was kicked out of a facility earlier this month because of his violent act and is now required to spend three months in rehab as he continues dealing with his anger issue.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown is sent back to rehab. The R&B star, who was released from a facility earlier this month as an outpatient, is ordered to spend another three months in a residential treatment facility.

During a Wednesday, November 20 hearing, Superior Court Judge James Brandlin also ordered the singer to perform at least 24 hours of community labor a week and to submit to drug testing as he deals with anger management issues. Brown and his attorney agreed to the terms.

The judge made the rules based on report from probation officials who are overseeing Brown's sentence for his 2009 battery case involving then-girlfriend Rihanna. According to the report obtained by NBC News, "there was much concern" with Brown's October 26 arrest in Washington and his "violent outburst that resulted in his discharge from a treatment facility."

The 24-year-old voluntarily checked himself into rehab on October 29 after getting arrested a few days prior for allegedly assaulting a man named Christopher Hollosy outside the W Hotel in Washington, D.C. He was supposed to spend 90 days in "dual diagnosis treatment" for mental health issues and drug addiction.

Two weeks later, however, he was discharged from the facility after getting angry with his mother during a joint counseling session. In a letter, the facility said the "Don't Wake Me Up" hitmaker threw a rock through his mother's car window during the violent outburst on November 10.
