Leah is sent home in another shocking results show as Bill Engvall, who earns the lowest score of the night, dodges the elimination once again.

AceShowbiz - "Dancing with the Stars" welcomed back Maksim Chmerkovskiy who's sidelined in the competition this season. On Monday, November 18, the Ukrainian dancer joined Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba and Len Goodman in the judging panel to comment on the Top 5's performances.

This week, the pairs danced twice to the same song. Leah Remini and her pro dancer partner Tony Dovolani danced a paso doble to Lady GaGa's "Bad Romance" in the first round. Len thought "it was a little bit careful," Bruno noticed that she "missed a turn twice," but Maks gave them a lot of praise. Leah earned 32 out of 40 points.

Her Argentine tango in the second round was called "very pretty" by Bruno. Carrie Ann suggested Leah "to have more confidence" and Maks added, "Just you and your personality needs to come out." She got 33 points for a total score of 65.

Picking "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" by Fall Out Boy as their song, Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff first danced a tango. Carrie Ann thought it was hot, but Bruno and Len said it was too wild. The actor earned 35 points.

Corbin redeemed it in the second round with his rumba. "Corbin, your body is a wonderland," Carrie Ann gushed. Maksim chimed in, "Your body is not a wonderland to me, but when you took your shirt off it was very technically savvy," as Len said the "technique was great." He earned a perfect score of 40 for a total of 75 points.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke danced a jazz to "Roxanne" by The Police. Len said, "For me this lacked a little bit of finesse," while Carrie Ann gave the credit to Cheryl. Jack earned 33 points.

In the second round, Jack danced the Argentine Tango which Len said was "well done." Carrie Ann commented, "You were so in the zone!" and Maksim added, "Great routine, great precision, the dance was great." The judges gave him 38 points. Jack's total score was 71.

Bill Engvall and Emma Slater danced a cha cha cha to LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It" in the first round. It was another fun routine as Bruno said, "The pleasure you gave us, the laughs is pure enjoyable." Maksim was being honest when commenting, "There were a lot of holes in this cha cha, but people look up to for what you're doing." The funnyman earned 28 points.

He got additional 32 points for his Argentine Tango in the second round. He showed a better technique as Bruno said, "Everything an Argentine Tango should be, was there." Len added, "Bill, I don't know that you have the skill to win, but you have the will to win." With a total score of 60, Bill landed on the bottom of the scoreboeard again.

Coming in the last order, Amber Riley and Derek Hough topped the leaderboard that night. They danced a jazz to "Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars in the first round which Maksim called "amazing and incredible." The "Glee" actress earned 39 points.

She got a perfect score of 40 later on with her Viennese waltz. Carrie Ann admitted, "You brought me to tears," while Len declared, "There was fire in that performance, I loved it!"

After all five pairs danced twice, the results based on the combination of the judges scores and America's votes from last week were revealed. It turned out to be another shocker as Leah, who was not the lowest scorer of the night, was eliminated. "I have to thank Tony. He put in so much work. This has been an amazing experience," she praised her partner before thanking family, friends and crew.

This means Amber, Bill, Corbin and Jack make it to the finals next week.
