A woman who is accused of stalking Baldwin, Genevieve Sabourin, is sentenced to 180 days in jail plus the 30 days for repeatedly yelling during court proceedings.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin now may feel safer. A judge found Genevieve Sabourin, who was charged with 24 counts of harassment and stalking, guilty of all charges. On Thursday, November 14, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail plus 30 days following her outbursts in previous court proceedings.

"You had no right to continue communications or pursue contact you knew to be unwanted and unwelcome," Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum said, as quoted by New York Daily News. "Your relentless and escalating campaign of threats and in-person appearances in private spaces served at a minimum to harass, annoy and alarm Mr. Baldwin."

The judge also said that her "conduct throughout this trial demonstrated an utter lack of respect of the law and the legal system." He added, "The rules of civil society apply to you as well as everyone else." The angry Sabourin answered, "I haven't done anything wrong, and I'm innocent, so that's what I have to say. You're doing a mistake right now."

Baldwin's wife Hilaria Thomas released a statement following the sentencing. "Now that it's finally over, we feel safe, relieved and happy to move forward. We're grateful to assistant district attorney Zachary Stendig, the judge and everyone who supported us and helped provide us with peace of mind," she said.

A few hours after the court session, the "30 Rock" star ripped paparazzi as he stepped out of his Manhattan apartment with his wife and their baby daughter. "Get away from my wife and the baby with the camera! What language do you want that in?!" Baldwin told a photographer, in a video obtained by TMZ. The actor allegedly said, "c**ksucking f*g," before he entered a car.

Baldwin, however, said that it was not true. "If @TMZ asserts that I used an anti-gay epithet, I will sue them," he wrote on Twitter on Thursday afternoon. "Acoustic analysis proves the word is fathead. Fathead. Anti-gay slurs are wrong. They not only offend, but threaten hard fought tolerance of LBGT rights." He added, "I'm grateful to all of the ppl I meet + hear from who recognize that I would never say something to offend my friends in the gay community."
