AceShowbiz - Chris Brown is not out of rehab yet, technically. The singer has been released as an outpatient and will complete his community service in Los Angeles area. He was spotted grabbing a bite to eat on Wednesday, November 13 in LA.

"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area," Brown's representative said in a statement. "He appreciates all of your encouragement and support."

Brown was arrested on October 27 for allegedly assaulting a man named Christopher Hollosy outside the W Hotel in Washington, D.C. He voluntarily entered rehab for anger management on October 29 just one day after his release from jail on misdemeanor assault charges.

"Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility. His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point," his rep said at that time.

Brown is still on probation from his 2009 assault towards ex-girlfriend Rihanna until August next year. He was involved in a hit and run accident over the summer and his probation was revoked by a judge. He was later sentenced to another 1,000 hours of community service.
