Genevieve Sabourin, who is accused of stalking Baldwin, gets a contempt of court citation and 30-day jail term after she repeatedly interrupts the proceedings.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin's alleged stalker, Genevieve Sabourin, will spend 30 days in jail after she repeatedly yelled during Wednesday, November 13 trial as well as Tuesday's session. CNN reports that Sabourin got a contempt of court citation and 30-day jail term following the repeated interruption.

Calling herself Baldwin's ex-girlfriend, Sabourin testified on Wednesday afternoon, describing long phone conversations with the "30 Rock" star. The Canadian actress additionally talked about what happened on February 18, 2011.

She said Baldwin picked her up at her hotel at 7:30 P.M. They went to a Broadway play and then had an intimate dinner together, eating off of each other's plate. Sabourin said that she drank chardonnay, while Baldwin had water.

According to Sabourin, Baldwin took her back to hotel where he suggested to have another glass of water. They made love in the hotel room and Sabourin said Baldwin made a promise. "I make the best omelets in the world and I'd be happy to make you omelets every morning for the rest of your life," Baldwin said, according to Sabourin.

Sabourin added that later Baldwin gave her an e-mail address and they exchanged e-mails and talked on phone regularly. "I am less than 10 minutes away from you tonight. Say 'I do' to me," one e-mail read. "I need to start my new life with my new name ... in my new country, help my newly husband, you!" she said in another e-mail, while another e-mail read, "I may have lost all the battles to win your heart over in the past two years, but I've learn (sic) so much."

Baldwin had denied that they had romantic relationship, claiming that it was Sabourin's imagination. According to Baldwin, he and Sabourin only had a dinner once in 2010 and that was it. They met through a mutual friend.
