Justin Timberlake to Perform at 2013 American Music Awards

Joining the likes of Miley Cyrus, Lady GaGa, Imagine Dragon and One Direction, the 'Mirrors' singer will make his first appearance at the annual awards show as a solo artist.

AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake has been added to the line-up of performers at the upcoming American Music Awards. This will be the pop star's first time to take the stage at the annual awards show as a solo artist. The former NSYNC member previously appeared at the event in 2000 with his then-bandmates to perform "Bye Bye Bye".

In addition to performing, Timberlake is up for Favorite Male Artist awards in both Pop/Rock and Soul/R&B categories. His No. 1 album, "The 20/20 Experience", is also set to compete for Favorite Album in both Pop/Rock and Soul/R&B.

The "Mirrors" singer joins previously announced performers that include Miley Cyrus, Lady GaGa, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, One Direction and Florida Georgia Line. Pitbull, who is set to serve as the host, will join Ke$ha to perform their collaboration "Timber".

This year's American Music Awards will be broadcast on ABC from Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre on November 24 at 8 P.M.. Additional acts and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.
