The 'Tower Heist' actress is rumored being eyed to play a female lead in the Mark Wahlberg-produced feature film.

AceShowbiz - Kate Upton could be added to the cast ensemble of "Entourage" movie. The Wrap learns that the Sport Illustrated Swimsuit model is in early negotiations to play a female lead in the big-screen adaptation of the HBO series which ended in 2011 after eight seasons.

The movie project was confirmed last month after previously rocked with alleged money issues. Producer Mark Wahlberg, without mentioning any names, suggested the film couldn't take off because some "greedy" people demanded unreasonably big paycheck.

The show, based on Wahlberg's experiences as an up-and-coming actor, starred Jerry Ferrara, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Jeremy Piven, and Kevin Dillon. The five actors have all signed on to return for the movie which will start production early next year.

What role Upton could possibly be courted for is still unclear, but rumor suggests she may portray a latest love interest to Vincent Chase (Grenier), who always had a thing for curvy blondes.

The 21-year-old model made her acting debut in 2011's "Tower Heist" and then appeared in 2012's "The Three Stooges". She will next star alongside Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in "The Other Woman (2014)".
