AceShowbiz - On heels of "Star Wars Episode 7" release date announcement, Disney reveals the delay of its other project. Brad Bird's sci-fi film "Tomorrowland" starring George Clooney is moved back from its initial December 12, 2014 date to a new May 22, 2015 slot.

It will join the crowded summer which includes the release of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" (May 1), "Jurassic World" (June 12), "Terminator 5" (July 1), "Man of Steel 2" (July 17), and "Ant-Man" (July 31) among other potential tentpoles.

It will revolve around a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment. Brittany Robertson will play the female lead, while Hugh Laurie lands the part of villain. They are joined by the likes of Thomas Robinson, Kathryn Hahn, Judy Greer and Tim McGraw in the supporting roles.
