The former wife of Kelsey Grammer claims Dimitri Charalambopoulos yanked her head and repeatedly slammed it into the headboard as he violently pinned her into the bed.

AceShowbiz - Camille Grammer filed restraining order against her boyfriend of two years Dimitri Charalambopoulos, and was granted a temporary one by a judge. In her filing, she says he attacked her in a Houston hotel room just a few days after she left hospital following a cancer surgery.

According to the legal documents, Grammer, 45, and fitness trainer Charalambopoulos, 36, got into a heated argument at 1:30 in the morning after he received texts and phone calls "from another woman." The fight became physical, and when she tried to call for help, he smashed her phone.

"He grabbed me by the hair, twisted it around his hand, and repeatedly pulled my head into the bed and its headboard," she says. "[He] succeeded in pulling out swaths of my hair and gave me a large, painful contusion on the side of my head. All the while, I was screaming for help."

"He wrestled me on the hotel bed, repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture, and eventually he succeeded in immobilizing me," she continues. According to her, he pinned her down by her wrists and kneeled on her stomach just "inches" from where she'd had surgery.

Charalambopoulos "succeeded in silence me through threats of additional force," Grammer adds. She elaborates further, saying that he "squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing."

"I began to believe he would kill me," the former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" goes on. "He told me I was going to hell, and then, to make his escape, he said he would 'knock me out' if I moved from the bed while he left the hotel."

After he left following the assault that happened for about 40 to 60 minutes, the mother of two "hobbled down approximately four flights of stairs to the hotel lobby, holding my stomach in pain, and begged for help from a hotel employee."

The former wife of "Frasier" actor Kelsey Grammer complained of pain just "inches from the area that had been the object of my invasive surgery." She then went to see doctor out of fear that she might suffer internal bleeding or complications from her recent surgery.

Pictures of her bruised wrists & face, chunk of her hair pulled from her head, and her broken iPhone were included in her filing. Charalambopoulos is now to stay at least 100 yards from the former Bravo reality TV star and her two children, Mason, 12, and Jude, 9.

Before details of the violent assault came to light, Grammer tweeted, "Info will come out today that is jaw dropping. And women can't be silenced after being physically abused!" She added, "Getting my strength back now that I am at home and wasn't able to deal with talking about it after my cancer surgery or what had happen."
