The Canadian pop star says on Twitter that the mid-tempo R'n'B track is 'one of the most important songs' he's ever written.

AceShowbiz - Another Monday means another new song from Justin Bieber. The 19-year-old singer, who is currently in the fourth week of his 10-week "Music Mondays" series, has just dropped a new track called "Recovery".

"It's here. One of the most important songs to me I've ever written. #Recovery," the "Baby" singer tweeted on Sunday, October 27. "Hope it helps you!" The Canadian artist also shared the link to the song.

"Recovery" is a mid-tempo R&B song that features Bieber singing about wanting to get back with his former lover. "Grants me with a second chance/ Never thought I'd see your face again/ Learning life through trial and error/ Just tryna make it right," he sings.

The song samples Craig David's 2000 hit entitled "Fill Me In". Bieber has taken to Twitter to thank the English singer/songwriter for inspiring him, writing, "@CraigDavid thanks for the inspiration bro. Appreciate it." David then replied, "So many great memories flood back when hearing this guitar riff. Well done @justinbieber sounding great #Recovery #FillMeIn #MusicMondays."

"Recovery is an acknowledgement that in life you cant just fall down and not get over things. You have to step up and recover," Bieber described the new song. "At the time, I was going through a very hard break up and when you're going through stuff like that you think that the world is just gonna end. Then you wake up the next day and realize that life has to go on."

"Recovery is that feeling you get when you start to move on and make things better for yourself, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow is here," he added.
