The driver of the truck which the 'Labor Pains' actress rammed into with a Porsche is seeking damages for his injuries.

AceShowbiz - For allegedly having caused "great physical, mental, and nervous pain and suffering" to the driver of the truck that she rammed her Porsche into last year as she drove along the Pacific Coast Highway, Lindsay Lohan is now facing a lawsuit filed against her by crash victim James Johnson on Wednesday, October 23 with the Los Angeles Superior Court. Johnson is seeking punitive damages for the injuries he sustained.

The lawsuit comes after criminal charges that have been previously filed against Lohan over the crash, including reckless driving and lying to a police officer for claiming she wasn't the one driving and then trying to pin down the person who was with her at the time of the accident as the culprit. For those charges, Lohan entered a plea deal that required her to undergo 90 days rehab, which she completed last July at the Cliffside facility in Malibu.

In court documents filed by Johnson, he claims the "Mean Girls" star rear-ended his vehicle in the late morning of June 8, 2012 with her black 2012 Porsche 911S. He also named Lohan's Crossheart Productions as a defendant for furnishing the actress with the car despite her being unfit to safely drive it. A search of the black Porsche later turned up a bag of pills and a bottle smelling of alcohol.

Apparently, Lohan was speeding to make it for a Malibu shoot on her TV movie "Liz & Dick" that she was already late for.
