In his new memoir which will be released on October 28, Feldman details sexual abuse which he and the late Corey Haim endured when they were teen stars.

AceShowbiz - Corey Feldman opens up about sexual abuse he and Corey Haim experienced when they were teen actors in his upcoming memoir "Coreyography". The actor, who took part in popular movies such as "Stand By Me" and "The Goonies", got close with Haim as they prepared to film "The Lost Boys".

"Within hours of our first meeting, we found ourselves talking about 'Lucas,' the film he made in the summer of 1985, the role I had wanted for myself," Feldman wrote, as quoted by New York Daily News. One day, Haim talked about pleasing older men in the industry. Haim, who did not realize that he was a victim of sexual abuse at that time, was told by the abuser that it was "normal" for them to have sexual relations.

"At some point during the filming, he explained an adult male convinced him that it was perfectly normal for older men and younger boys in the business to have sexual relations, that it was what all 'guys do.' So they walked off to a secluded area between two trailers, during a lunch break for the cast and crew, and Haim, innocent and ambitious as he was, allowed himself to be sodomized," Feldman wrote.

Haim suggested that they did it too. "So... I guess we should play around like that, too?" Feldman recalled in the book. "No, that's not what kids do, man," Feldman told him. According to Feldman, the man who abused Haim on the set of "Lucas" still "walks around, one of the most successful people in the entertainment industry, still making money hand over fist."

Feldman, who used drugs at that time, once was forced to do sexual relations when he was high by a man who goes by pseudonym Ron Crimson. "I don't know why I couldn't confront Ron, but I was consumed with guilt. I felt like the whole thing was my fault. I desperately wanted him to stop, but I was afraid of losing my friend," Feldman said. He got rid of the man in 1990s.

Because of drug issue, Feldman was arrested three times. He enrolled in some rehab stints, but only managed to successfully fight his inner demon after having short relapse in 1995.

Haim enrolled in about 15 rehab stints to cure his addiction. He passed away in 2010 at the age of 38 because of pneumonia. "Corey was raped at the age of eleven. And like many, many victims, drug use became an easy, if also tragic, way for him to escape the weight of that shame," Feldman wrote.
