AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus is still enjoying the success of her chart-topping single "Wrecking Ball", but she has thought of following it up with another track. In a new interview with MTV News, the 20-year-old singer expressed her desire to make "SMS (Bangerz)" the third single off her newly-released album, "Bangerz".
"I hope 'SMS (Bangerz)' with [Britney Spears]," the former Disney star said when asked which song she hoped to release as next single. "That would be awesome." However, Cyrus can always change her mind.
"But also, 'Adore You' is in the top 10 right now of iTunes," Cyrus added, referring to another track featured in her new record. "Which I didn't really expect, so that's really cool, too."
It's recently revealed that Spears wasn't Cyrus' first choice to perform "SMS (Bangerz)" with. "The first name that we tossed around was Gwen Stefani," said songwriter Sean Garett, who worked on Cyrus' "Bangerz". "We were talking about Gwen because you know Gwen got that edge too, but that's how God works. We were throwing around those ideas."
"[Then Nicki Minaj], we were talking about putting Nicki on there too," he added. "That would've been nuts too, but I think that's how God works, [Spears] was absolutely the right one."
In other Cyrus news, artists like Future and Snoop Dogg have recently shown their support for the child star-turned-twerking queen, who has been surrounded by controversy for desperately trying to shed her Disney princess image.
In an interview with MTV, rapper Future said, "[Cyrus'] a unique artist and she takes chances. I like that." Snoop agreed with his fellow rapper, saying, "I think she's actually becoming who she is, when you get to a certain age and you want to reach out and branch out and become who you are, I believe that's what it is with her," the veteran rapper explained.
"She's becoming the young lady that she wants to be not who her parents or her agents or mangers want her to be, but who she actually wants to be," he added.
