The 'Hart of Dixie' star and her director husband post a photo of their new baby's fingers on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - After eight long years of being together as a couple, actress Jaime King and her husband, director Kyle Newman welcomed their first child together. The baby was due for a delivery date sometime between October and November but as the couple revealed in a photo of the new baby's tiny fingers on Newman's Instagram account, their bundle of joy already arrived a little earlier than expected, ending their long wait.
"Nice to meet you! #FATHER #IMADAD #BABYTIME @jaime_king is doing amazing! The most incredible feeling," Newman captioned the photo. King previoulsy said she wanted to have at least three kids with the "Fanboys" director whom she met on the set of the 2009 comedy flick where she became a part of the cast ensemble.
The birth of their baby came in less than two months after they hosted a "Star Wars"-themed baby shower at Soho House in Los Angeles. Attending the star-studded event and bringing special gifts for the then forthcoming baby were such Hollywood celebrities as Jessica Alba, Selma Blair and Ashley Madekwe, plus King's "Hart of Dixie co-stars Rachel Bilson, Wilson Bethel and Claudia Lee.
King and Newman have been married since November 2007. Erlier this year, in May, they happily announced that they were finally expecting their first child. Prior to their wedding, the couple had already been living together for two years after just three months of dating, after they first met while working on their "Star Wars"-inspired comedy movie.
