AceShowbiz - A longer version of the previously-released teaser trailer for sci-fi thriller "Under the Skin" starring Scarlett Johansson has just arrived. It gives a better look at how ScarJo's alien character disguised as a beautiful woman targets male hitchhikers and lures them into her trap.
In search of loners, Laura (Johansson) drives around the exquisitely moody landscapes of the Scottish highlands. She's an alien seductress sent from afar to prey on male humans. And then, her curiosity about her human body and an accidental act of pity disrupt her mission.
Directed by Jonathan Glazer ("Sexy Beast", "Birth"), the film based on Michel Faber's 2000 novel of the same name has been played in a series of Film Festivals like Telluride, Toronto and Venice earlier this year. No theatrical release date has been set in the United States.
