Giuliana Rancic brightens the red carpet with her blue number, while Anna Faris lights it up even more with her yellow dress.

AceShowbiz - Red carpet was rolled out outside the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 22 to celebrate TV stars at the 2013 Emmy Awards. "Project Runway" judge Heidi Klum, Grammy-winning singer Carrie Underwood and "The Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco stole attention on the red carpet.

Former Victoria's Secret Angel Klum looked stunning in a sparkly sequined Atelier Versace dress that hugged her slim figure like a glove. The "promegranate" number had a hard-edge neckline with sweetheart top. Pulling back her hair, she paired it with Christian Louboutin shoes, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, and a Swarovski Clutch.

Underwood, who's set to perform at the event, glammed up the event in a purple strapless amethyst silk shantung taffeta gown from Romona Keveza Fall 2013 collection. The number had a sculpted bodice and ballgown skirt accented with a black waistband. The songstress paired it with diamond jewels and finished it off with side-swept do.

27-year-old Cuoco, meanwhile, looked dazzling in a deep-red strapless Vera Wang dress with a full skirt. Coming with her boyfriend, tennis player Ryan Sweeting who suited up in black from head to toe complete with dark shades, the "Charmed" beauty accessorized herself with Aldo heels, a Jimmy Choo clutch, and Neil Lane jewelry.

"Mad Men" actress Linda Cardellini was also a vision. The 38-year-old star became the belle of the ball in a burgundy strapless, ruffled Donna Karan Atelier gown with dramatic, rose-shaped details. She styled her hair in a side-swept waves and completed her elegant look with Irene Neuwirth earrings, Jimmy Choo pumps and a Rauwolf clutch.

"Fashion Police" host Giuliana Rancic was equally dazzling among the sea of famous faces on the red carpet. The E! TV personality rocked a Mikael D cornflower blue strapless sweetheart mermaid gown with silver embellishments. Rocking a bob do, she finished off her look with a dark-colored clutch and complementary jewels.

Matching the color of the red carpet were Kelly Osbourne and Sofia Vergara. The former donned a full-length silk chiffon gown with deep neckline from Jenny Packham with Aldo shoes, Amrapali jewels, and Rauwolf bag complimenting her look. The latter wore a Vera Wang mermaid gown with plunging neckline, and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland and Cuoco's "Big Bang Theory" Mayim Bialik brought in green color. The former went with a plunging CH Carolina Herrera gown with emerald earrings, a cocktail ring and cuff bracelet, while the latter chose an Oliver Tolentino dress and shoes with a Swarovski clutch, a Takat ring, and Bellarri earrings.

Even more standing out was Anna Faris in a yellow Monique Lhuillier Resort 2014 gown. She rocked blunt bangs and Fred Leighton jewels.

Meanwhile, opting for a more natural color were the likes of Kerry Washington and Lily Rabe. The "Scandal" star donned a Marchesa long dress with flower embellishments, and the "American Horror Story" actress went with a white Vionnet dress that showed off her leg. Both wore Christian Louboutin heels.

Aubrey Plaza opted for an opposite color, black, and so did Vera Farmiga. The "Parks and Recreation" star rocked a Marios Schwab lace dress with nude lining from top to toe, while the "Bates Motel" actress graced the red carpet in a custom Theyskens Theory dress with a voluminous skirt for a ballgown effect.
