A police officer reportedly removed a sheet covering Houston's body and made an 'inappropriate comment,' saying, 'She looks good for her age and current state.'

AceShowbiz - A Beverly Hills police officer has been accused of ruining the scene of Whitney Houston's death and making an "inappropriate comment" about the late singer's body. The claim was launched by a former Beverly Hills SWAT sergeant, Brian Weir.
Weir said that Det. Sgt. Terry Nutall went to the singer's death scene "for no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose... and removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body ... to an area below the pubic region," as quoted by Los Angeles Times. Nutall allegedly said that Houston "looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state." Nutall allegedly added, "Damn, she's still looking good, huh?"
Weir listed details of the allegation in the claim, saying that Nutall's alleged misconduct included "disturbing and/or moving the body of the decedent from the position of death without the permission of the coroner," "treating the dead body of the decedent in a way that would outrage ordinary family sensibilities," "contaminating potential DNA," and "harming the integrity of the scene." Weir, who was the senior patrol sergeant on duty, reported the alleged incident to his superiors and he was removed from his position with the SWAT and K-9 units as the results.
Lt. Lincoln Hoshino of Beverly Hills Police said on Tuesday, September 17 that the police were aware of the report. However, he would not comment on the topic because the claim has been filed with several agencies.
Houston was found unconscious at a Beverly Hills hotel's bathroom on 11 February 2012. Authorities said that her cause of death was accidental drowning. Heart condition and cocaine contributed to her death. She was 48.
