Insane Clown Posse's former publicist and attorney Andrea Pellegrini claims that the alleged sexual harassment, which caused 'horror, outrage and indignity' to her, started in 2009.

AceShowbiz - A former publicist/attorney for Insane Clown Posse has sued the hip-hop duo. The former employee, Andrea Pellegrini, filed the lawsuit on Monday, September 16 according to Huffington Post. Pellegrini says that she experienced sexual harassment and was ordered to lie to the authorities by her employers.

Pellegrini details the allegation in a document, saying that Dan "Dirty Dan" Diamond and the duo's members Joseph "Shaggy 2 Dope" and Utsler Joseph "Violent J" Bruce launched "constant and pervasive harassment" when she worked at Psychopathic Records. In 2012, Dirty Dan allegedly told her that he had a "fat c**k" and he wanted to "f**k her." In addition, Pellegrini says that Dan gave her a dildo at work after she changed her Facebook status into single.

The duo's ex-publicist also says that she and two other female employees were given "vagina tighteners" as gifts. During her work at the company, Pellegrini says that other members of the record label referred to her as "b***h." In addition, Pellegrini claims that she was forced to lie to investigators to the U.S. Department of Labor. She was listed as "In-House Counsel" so that she would be considered as an exempt employee. She was also asked to obtain illegal automatic weapons for a photo shoot.

Pellegrini, who started working at the company in 2009, was fired after she reported the alleged incidents to her superior. The ICP's ex-publicist is now suing for wrongful termination and she wants compensation for emotional distress she suffered, which includes "fright and shock" and "horror, outrage and indignity."
