AceShowbiz - Kate Bosworth and her new husband Michael Polish stepped out after their romantic mountaintop nuptials over the Labor Day weekend. The couple was glowing with wedded bliss as they walked hand-in-hand at LAX after returning from their destination wedding in Philipsburg, Montana.
The newlyweds flashed what looked like new matching simple platinum bands. Kate wore a printed frock underneath her unbuttoned knitted jacket, camel-colored boots and a tote bag, while her new husband donned a black tee and denims with a backpack slung on his shoulder.
They tied the knot in a country-style wedding that incorporated "Victorian touches and romantic Western influences" at The Ranch at Rock Creek on August 31. They swapped their self-written vows against a beautiful view of rolling hills, rivers and meadows in front of guests that included Lake Bell.
The bride donned an Oscar de la Renta strapless ball gown with a sweeping eight-foot-long, 16-foot-wide train, while the groom suited up in a three-piece charcoal Brooks Brothers suit. For the reception afterwards, she changed into another de la Renta creation, a floral embroidered tulle dress.
A video showing Kate trying on her wedding gown and choosing a selection of accessories for the big day has just been revealed as well. "Seeing the dress, I was totally shocked at my complete lack of control over my emotions in that moment," she said during the intimate dress fitting.
"I love the dress because when you see the front it feels so minimal and then when you turn around there's dramatic sort of glorious fall of the fabric," she gushed. "It's a dress that reflects the love I have for my partner, it's a reflection on my life, it's a reflection of the woman I've become."
