Zac Efron Pulls Hilarious Prank on Seth Rogen in 'Neighbors' First Red Band Trailer

The comedy from director Nick Stoller also stars Rose Byrne as Rogen's wife, who also becomes the victim of Efron's pranks.

AceShowbiz - Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are just two unlucky couple in "Neighbors", a new comedy produced by the "This Is the End" actor with "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" director Nick Stoller serving behind the lens. As seen in its first trailer which goes red band, they move to a seemingly peaceful neighborhood but later find their assumption is completely wrong.

Rogen and Byrne, who portray young parents to one cute child, move in next door to a fraternity house. Their attempt to be friendly with the frat boys, led by Zac Efron, will do no good to them as the new neighbors prepare to turn his world upside down with many hilarious pranks that are teased in the promo video.

From Universal Pictures, the film is also supported by Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, both of whom take on roles as the frat boys. Also making appearances in the surely funny pic are Lisa Kudrow and Jake Johnson.

Rogen produces alongside Evan Goldberg, who helped co-write and co-produce his recent directorial effort "This Is the End".

"Neighbors", previously named "Townies", will grace big screens in the U.S. on May 9, 2014.
