Louis Tomlinson says they are keen to star on a show which allows them to play practical jokes on fellow celebrities.

AceShowbiz - One Direction may soon follow in the footsteps of fellow English-Irish boyband The Wanted who headlines their own TV series on E!. The third-place finisher on British "The X Factor" season 7 recently expressed their desire to do a TV show, but not a reality one.
"We want to do a TV prank show like that new one on BBC Three," Louis Tomlinson said as quoted by the Daily Star, referring to "Impractical Jokers" which currently airs on BBC Three. "It was funny and full of practical jokes. We would like to do a show like that and prank celebrities."
While fans will have to wait for One Direction's prank TV show, girls can feast their eyes on Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson by watching their music documentary movie, "One Direction: This Is Us". To hit U.S. theaters on August 30, the film gives intimate look at boys' life from their humble hometown beginnings and competing on "The X Factor", to conquering the world and performing at London's famed O2 Arena.
