KimYe skips Kylie Jenner's sweet 16th birthday to go to Oklahoma for the funeral of Portwood Williams Sr. who died on August 10.

AceShowbiz - New parents Kanye West and Kim Kardashian stepped out once again with baby North West, but it was not a fun family trip this time. They headed to Oklahoma to attend the funeral of the rapper's grandfather, Portwood Williams Sr.
It explained why they were absent from the sweet 16th birthday of Kim's sister Kylie Jenner in Los Angeles. "That's why they weren't at [sister] Kylie's birthday," a source confirms to PEOPLE. "They brought North, too. Her first trip."
KimYe went to Oklahoma Saturday. They reportedly sent some very special guests, hip-hop stars Drake and Big Sean, to Kylie's birthday party to make up for their absence.
William Sr. died August 10. He was 98. Back in February, he expressed his approval for his grandson's choice of girlfriend. "She's just as sweet as she is beautiful," he said of Kim to New York's Daily News. "That's what I liked about her!"
Kim herself recently posted a picture of her "chilling with the creator of Instagram @kevin" Systrom ahead of the airing of the new episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".
