Amanda, who previously was treated in a facility in Ventura County, reportedly has been transferred to UCLA Medical center to continue her psychiatric treatment.

AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes apparently continues her psychiatric treatment in UCLA Medical Center after she was put on an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold in late July. TMZ reported that the "Easy A" star left Hillman Psychiatric Center in Ventura County, which previously treated her, on Thursday, August 15.

Amanda was taken from the facility in a black SUV. She stepped out for the first time since the 5150 psychiatric hold with a white sheet covering her body. She also wore an apparent blue wig and socks as she walked to the waiting car.

According to sources, Amanda's mother Lynn chose to seek further treatment to UCLA Medical Center because it was one of the best psychiatric facilities in the U.S. She apparently wanted to transfer Amanda to the facility earlier, but a space was only available recently.

The former Nickelodeon star was hospitalized after she allegedly set a fire in a stranger's driveway in late July. On August 9, a judge granted Amanda's mother a temporary conservatorship. Judge Glen. M. Reiser said that the conservatorship would give Lynn "right to control placement and right to determine medical care." "Provisionally does not have ability to contract other than minor conservatory matters. Essentially you're the boss," the judge added, as reported by Us Weekly.
