The 'Poetic Justice' MC shakes up the hip-hop world by telling his fellow rap superstars to raise their game to his level.

AceShowbiz - When Big Sean debuted his track "Control" on Monday, August 12, it took a page off Future's "Karate Chop", that of gaining mileage from the controversial Emmett Till lyric by its featured artist Lil Wayne. In Big Sean's case, it's Kendrick Lamar rap verse on his song that's drawing reactions on Twitter, easily becoming a trending topic and sparking online debate.

Lamar got the attention of everyone in the hip-hop world when he boldly called out fellow artists like J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T., Wale, Pusha T, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Drake, Tyler, the Creator, and Mac Miller, challenging them to step up their game. It even includes Big Sean himself and the track's other featured artist Jay Electronica.

Claiming he's "tryin' to raise the bar high" and that he's now both "the king of New York/ King of the coast, one hand, I juggle both," Lamar's verse drew tweets from hip-hop superstars as P. Diddy, Pusha T who said, "I hear u loud and clear my ni**a", and Big K.R.I.T. who wrote, "This is Gladiator S**t"...Gotta give the people what they want," applauding him for shaking things up.

Hip-hop record producer Just Blaze, who says he "never really tweet about music," was prompted to give a shout out to K. Dot who "bodied everyones entire year's worth of raps lol." Even Missy Elliott was driven to send her love to MTV's hottest MC on Twitter with "@Kendricklamar has Forced rap artist to have 2 be Lyrical and have substance again! This was so needed! Thanks Kendrick!"
