AceShowbiz - Ron Burgundy, the fictional newsman played by Will Ferrell in "Anchorman" and its much-awaited upcoming sequel "Anchorman: The Legend Continues", will tell all in a memoir. Crown Archetype, an imprint of Random House, has acquired the book, "Let Me Off at the Top! My Classy Life and Other Musings", and will publish it on November 19.

In a news release, it is stated that the memoir will present "a rare glimpse behind the camera into the real life of a man many consider to be our greatest living news anchor." Additionally, there will be "personal anecdotes about the women in his life, about his dog, Baxter, and his legendary news team," as well as "sage advice on a variety of topics that matter most to him."

"I don't know if it's the greatest autobiography ever written," Burgundy said in a statement. "I'm too close to the work." Besides having his book published, the San Diego man will have his own exhibition at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. It is slated to be on display starting November 14.

The latest chapter of Ron Burgundy, "The Legend Continues", will arrive in theaters nationwide on December 20. Adam McKay returns as director with Judd Apatow serving as producer. Harrison Ford, Kristen Wiig, Kirsten Dunst and more will appear.
