The 'Teen Mom 2' star fails a spontaneous court-ordered drug test and is ordered to stay 48 hours in jail for testing positive for marijuana.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans is back to jail after failing a random court-ordered drug test on Monday, August 12. The troubled TV personality was at the Brunswick County Courthouse in North Carolina that day because of her drug-related arrest back in April.

Evans' attorney Dustin Sullivan told Radar Online that at the session, "Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed." However, she later was tested positive for marijuana and was ordered to stay behind bars. "The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive," Sullivan said. She will be released on Wednesday, August 14, at 9:30 A.M.

The "Teen Mom 2" star was previously arrested by Brunswick County Police on Tuesday, April 23, after they discovered 12 bindles (small foil packages) of heroin and Percocet without prescription in Evans' car. Both Evans and her estranged husband Courtland Rogers were charged with possession and the intention to sell, manufacture and/or distribute the drugs. A drug paraphernalia charge was added because the police found wrapping papers and a pipe.

Evans was given 18 months unsupervised probation for the charges. "Heroin charges are being dismissed I just got word from my attorney I'm serious wtf is this really happening? It's just NOT FAIR!!!" Rogers reacted on Twitter after the news about his estranged wife emerged.
