AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian surprised her mother Kris Jenner during a Friday, August 2 episode of her new talk show. The new mom showed up on a video message, making her first appearance since giving birth to baby North West last June.
Looking happy and healthy, a smiling Kim said in the video, "Hey mom, I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person, but I'm just loving life a little bit too much at home right now."
Kanye West's baby mama added, "I watch you every single day and you are so amazing. You really are born to do this. I just want to say I love you and have an amazing show."
The video was introduced by P. Diddy who initially pretended to show a clip from new cable TV channel Revolt, which he is launching in October this year with Comcast. "That made me cry... Thank you Kimmy, thank you Sean," Kris said to her co-host.
Kim hyped up her appearance on the show hours earlier. "Getting ready to surprise my mom on @krisjennershow today!!!! You ready NYC? Tune in!" so she tweeted.
The Kardashians have been a quite a tease this past few weeks, knowing that many people are looking forward to see Kim and her baby daughter. In the premiere episode of "Kris" earlier this month, the family's matriarch showed up holding a baby. Viewers immediately thought it was baby North but turned out it was not.
Khloe Kardashian once tweeted a picture of Kim sleeping next to a pet dog, tricking public into thinking that it was a photo of Kim post giving birth when it was actually an old image taken months earlier.
More recently, sister Kourtney Kardashian uploaded a photo of Kim holding a newborn in her arms with caption, "Love these precious moments..." Turned out it was just a picture of Kourtney's son Mason years ago.
While Kim's video message really showed her post baby delivery, there was no little North West in sight. Kim also didn't show off her post-baby body just yet. "She's eating really well, and she's working out a little bit and she's nursing," her momager said earlier on the show. "She's doing all the right things to get back to a healthy place."
