Evans reportedly will complete the production before reprising his Captain America role in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'.

AceShowbiz - After becoming one of the hottest actors in movie industry, Chris Evans is now eager to make his own movie. According to a report from Deadline, the Nick Grant depicter in "Push" will be a first-time director by serving behind the lens for "1:30 Train", a film that will be funded by Wonderland Sound and Vision.

Billed as a romance in the vein of Ethan Hawke's "Before Sunrise", the movie follows two strangers who meet in Manhattan and spend one night together as the conflicts in their own lives become the basis for their exploration of each other and themselves. Evans will also star and produce with Mark Kassen, Howard and Karen Baldwin among others.

Production reportedly will be kicked off this fall and is expected to finish before Evans suits up as Captain America in Joss Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron". The 32-year-old hunk follows in the footsteps of his close friend and frequent collaborator Scarlett Johansson, who has been set to make her directorial debut in "Summer Crossing" adaptation since May.

Evans will next be seen in "Snowpiercer", a thriller from South Korean director Bong Joon-ho. His latest chapter as Steve Rogers, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier", will open in April 2014.
