A judge fulfills the request of Cliffside's CEO and founder Richard Taite, who tells the court that Lindsay has to continue her treatment if she wants to avoid 'almost certain failure.'

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan was ordered to attend therapy sessions by the court just hours after she was discharged from her court-ordered rehab stint in Cliffside, California. Judge James Dabney ordered the "Mean Girls" actress to continue her treatment after receiving a letter from CEO and founder of Cliffside, Richard Taite.
In a letter which was obtained by TMZ, the facility said that Lindsay had "successfully completed her court-ordered course of treatment at the center." However, the rehab facility suggested that Lindsay takes 3, 50-minute sessions a week for the next 15 months. The experts believed that a continuous treatment would be "critical" for her.
"Our entire clinical team is in unanimous agreement that if these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a set up for almost certain failure," Taite said in the letter. The therapy sessions "should be done face to face while she is in town, and via Skype or phone session if she is out of town."
"The Canyons" star finished 90-day rehab on Wednesday, July 31. She was admitted into rehab facility to avoid jail sentence which stemmed from her arrest last year. She was involved in a car accident and was charged with reckless driving and providing false information to the police. In addition to rehab, the judge told her in March that she needed to complete 30 days of community service and 18 months of mandated psychotherapy.
