Lawson cites a 'continuing unreasonable behavior' as the reason behind her decision to divorce her husband.

AceShowbiz - Nigella Lawson's 10-year marriage to husband Charles Saatchi has ended. District Judge Anne Aitken granted a "decree nisi" after a quickie hearing at the high court in London on Wednesday morning, July 31 that neither the celebrity chef nor the art collector attended.
Lawson and Saatchi married in September 2003. She filed for divorce citing a "continuing unreasonable behavior." The couple, who's worth an estimated $228 million, is believed to have a prenuptials agreement and have reached a private financial settlement.
Their divorce will become final when a "decree absolute" is granted by a judge in six weeks.
The separation came just a few weeks after Saatchi was pictured holding Lawson by her neck and tweaking her nose with another hand during what looked a heated argument while they were sitting at an outdoor table in a restaurant in London.
Saatchi denied choking her, insisting that it was just "a playful tiff" and an attempt to "emphasize" his point. He later accepted a caution for assault from authorities. Lawson remained silent, but she quickly moved out of their family home with her children.
The art collector said he was disappointed with Lawson for not defending him. "I feel that I have clearly been a disappointment to Nigella during the last year or so, and I am disappointed that she was advised to make no public comment to explain that I abhor violence of any kind against women, and have never abused her physically in any way," he said.
The June 17 incident was not the first time the couple was captured on camera having argument in public. In December 2012, he was pictured covering her mouth with his hand while they were allegedly arguing about his unreleased books.
