The fiancee of Justin Theroux says she would tell her 30-something self 'go to therapy' and 'clean up all of the toxins and noise.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston, 44, gives advises to her younger self. During an interview with her "We're the Millers" co-star Jason Sudeikis for the latest issue of Glamour, she looks back on 30 and 20 years ago as well as reflects on the decade ago when she was married to Brad Pitt.
The actress who is now engaged to her "Wanderlust" co-star Justin Theroux advises her 30-something self to "go to therapy." She continues, "Clean up all of the sh*t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self."
To her teenage self, she would say, "Don't try so hard. Pay attention. Do your homework. Go to class." She would tell her 20-something self "not to fret so much," adding, "I did OK in my twenties."
The blonde beauty adds, "[But] you can undo a lot of things. If you're not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice. That's the thing I really feel. Like with friends who refuse to get happy, who refuse to rise above the discomfort of where they're at."
She is now in a happy place with her fiance. "Once you meet yourself, and truly love yourself, then you attract that. And look - I mean, the two of us have found these two, beautiful, loving, open people," she tells Sudeikis who himself is engaged to Olivia Wilde.
The former "Friends" star additionally praises her beau. "Justin, for instance, has extremely amazing paternal instincts," she gushes. "Because [growing up] he had to sort of become the parent. I think when you have to become the parent when you're a younger person, you learn those instincts."
Aniston plays an exotic dancer in "We're the Millers", and she almost went to strip club to research on the role. "We decided that would not be a good idea. Not a lot of strippers want to be stripping, you know," she opens up. "I think strip clubs are disgusting."
"I've just never been able to wrap my head around it. Guys are going in there to basically become aroused by another woman? And somehow that's OK?" she adds. "Though I'm gonna insult a whole group of women if I say stripping is disgusting. I also think it's not very hygienic in there. I mean, my Lord."
She continues, "Strippers just look bored to me. They're just acting."
