The two surviving members of the group have worked with Ne-Yo, Lady GaGa and Dallas Austin for the yet-to-be-titled album, which will feature guest appearances from Drake and J. Cole.

AceShowbiz - TLC has confirmed that their new album is in the works. In a news conference on Thursday, July 25, two surviving members Tionne Watkins a.k.a. T-Boz and Rozanda Thomas a.k.a. Chilli announced that the new album, currently untitled, would arrive on October 15 via Epic Records/LaFace.

The upcoming release will feature remastered versions of TLC's 1990s hits, including "Waterfalls", "Unpretty" and "No Scrubs". The girls will also treat fans with their brand new songs like "Meant to Be" (written by Ne-Yo) and "Posh Life" (co-written by Lady GaGa and Dallas Austin). Drake and J. Cole are going to contribute to the album as well.

T-Boz and Chilli will next be seen performing at VH1's Mixtape Festival in Hershey Park, Pennsylvania, on July 26-27. Rapper Lil Mama is set to join the girls at the event.

On October 21, VH1 will premiere TLC's biopic, "Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story", starring Keke Palmer as Chilli, Drew Sidora as T-Boz, and Lil Mama as the late Lisa Lopes a.k.a. Left Eye.

"Watching Lil Mama on the set of our movie 'Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story' reminded us of Lisa's spirit, and, for the first time since her passing, we felt everything come together in an organic way," Chilli said of Lil Mama's role as the deceased member of the group.

T-Boz added, "Lil Mama's authentic style, although very different from Lisa's, got our creative juices flowing. By bringing her in, we will continue to keep TLC's music alive for a new generation of fans. We are thrilled to be writing this new chapter in the TLC story."
