Bruce Willis Sabotages 'Red 2' Promotional Interview With Mary-Louise Parker

Despite efforts by his interviewer and his co-star, the 'A Good Day to Die Hard' actor proved to be too grumpy to salvage the chat.

AceShowbiz - It was a promotional interview for his spy movie sequel "Red 2", but lead star Bruce Willis showed he was not in the mood of it, despite efforts by his Magic 105.4 interviewer Jamie Edwards and his female co-star Mary-Louise Parker to keep the chit chat interesting. The 58-year-old actor proved to be too much of a force that kept the interview from taking off.

Edwards tried to engage the veteran action star in conversation about the movie, saying how "it has a little bit of everything: romance, action, comedy" but Willis, who appeared disinterested about the whole thing, mocked the entertainment correspondent with a reply of "Recipes, fashion tips." When asked which among the locations they shot the movie in he preferred the most, Willis replied, "Istanbul," even though it was not an actual location spot for the movie, then added, "In general I like Istanbul."

As Parker painfully listened to how Edwards was being slayed by his difficult interview subject, Willis continued saying rather straightforwardly, "Has any actor ever told you this Jamie? This part is not acting, what we're doing right now. You might be but we're just selling the film now. Sales. The fun part was making the movie."

And with no hope of squeezing out a decent answer from the movie's lead star, Edwards still mustered enough strength to ask Willis about his driving scenes in the film. But the "Die Hard" star said, "I'm thinking about driving right now. I can hardly keep my mind on this interview. I'm thinking about driving up the M1. You have some great questions here Jamie. Great chat."
