AceShowbiz - Tim McGraw has released the music video for "Southern Girl". The five-minute video sees McGraw headlining his Two Lanes of Freedom Tour and highlights fans' excitement as they sing along and dance to the country superstar's songs.
"When we started talking about a video concept for 'Southern Girl', I knew that this song belonged to the fans who have been out at our live shows all summer," McGraw said of his new music video in a statement earlier this month.
"We brought cameras out on the road and turned them around on the crowd, and they really helped us capture the fun summer groove of this song. It seems fitting that country radio would get first crack at this video because they have been such a huge part of making this tour blow up and be so special," he continued.
Co-written by Jaren Johnston, Rodney Clawson and Lee Thomas Miller, "Southern Girl" is the fourth single off McGraw's latest album "Two Lanes of Freedom".
McGraw is currently in the middle of his Two Lanes of Freedom Tour. The 30-city concert series kicked off on May 2 at Birmingham's Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. McGraw will continue touring the U.S. and Canada through the end of July.
