AceShowbiz - "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Jeff Garlin is facing a lawsuit filed by a woman named Rachel Depaz whom he argued with in a parking lot last month. He was sued for assault and destruction of personal property.
Garlin reportedly fought over a parking spot with Depaz in Studio City. The two allegedly engaged in a heated argument before the actor "slammed his fist against the driver's side window so hard that it broke the glass."
The "Safety Not Guaranteed" star was arrested after the incident, but no criminal charges were filed against him. Instead, the 51-year-old actor was ordered to meet with the L.A. City Attorney for a lecture about vandalism laws.
The woman is suing for unspecified damages, TMZ reports.
